Phlebotomy Class: $1,400.00
Cancellation Policy:
- A 50% down payment is mandatory at least 72 hours before the commencement of the class.
- The remaining 50% is payable at the conclusion of each week for the next two weeks.
- The balance of 50% is payable at the conclusion of each week for the next two weeks. Additionally, should a cancellation occur within 72 hours after the commencement of the class, only 50% of the deposit is eligible for a refund.
- Arrive on time for each class session and clinical practice. Tardiness disrupts the learning environment.
- Wear appropriate and clean attire, including a lab coat and any required safety gear, to maintain a professional appearance during practical sessions.
- Come prepared with all required materials, including textbooks, notebooks, and any phlebotomy tools or equipment needed for the day.
- Cell Phone Usage: Keep cell phones on silent mode during class. Avoid texting, making calls, or using social media during instructional time. Respectful Behavior: Treat instructors, classmates, and all individuals encountered during clinicals with respect and professionalism.
- Confidentiality: Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines when handling patient information. Do not discuss cases outside the classroom or clinical setting.
