Phlebotomy Class:                $1,400.00

Cancellation Policy:

  1. A 50% down payment is mandatory at least 72 hours before the commencement of the class.
  2. The remaining 50% is payable at the conclusion of each week for the next two weeks.
  3. The balance of 50% is payable at the conclusion of each week for the next two weeks. Additionally, should a cancellation occur within 72 hours after the commencement of the class, only 50% of the deposit is eligible for a refund.

  2. Wear appropriate and clean attire, including a lab coat and any required safety gear, to maintain a professional appearance during practical sessions.
  3. Come prepared with all required materials, including textbooks, notebooks, and any phlebotomy tools or equipment needed for the day.
  4. Cell Phone Usage: Keep cell phones on silent mode during class. Avoid texting, making calls, or using social media during instructional time. Respectful Behavior: Treat instructors, classmates, and all individuals encountered during clinicals with respect and professionalism.
  5. Confidentiality: Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines when handling patient information. Do not discuss cases outside the classroom or clinical setting.
  6. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when handling needles and other phlebotomy equipment. Report any unsafe conditions immediately. Attendance: Attend all scheduled classes and clinical sessions. Notify the instructor in advance if you are unable to attend due to illness or an emergency.
