Ms. Mikeela Jones is a native of Milwaukee and has committed her life and experiences to making a difference within her community. She is a motivated customer relations specialist with over 6 years of experience. By the age of 19 she had trained over 5,000 stakeholders and aided in various conferences and panels across the country. She was awarded the Tony Maggiore Excellence Award in recognition of her personal accomplishments and significant contributions to society by the Governor’s Juvenile Justice Commission. She began her campaign at Life Got Better in March of 2023 and became the CBRF instructor. 

 

She has a deep devotion to creating positive results by implementing and training individuals through learned techniques to solely further the company, while contributing to enhancing the lives of the people we serve.  Her outside hobbies are cooking cultural dishes, reading and collecting a variety of texts and supporting her siblings whom she adores.

Meet Ms. Gaynell Scaggs, an experienced phlebotomist with a proven track record of over 8 years in lab diagnostics. Her journey began as an instructor at Life Got Better Staffing in the summer of 2023.

 

Leveraging her extensive field experience, Ms. Scaggs is dedicated to cultivating students’ skill sets, emphasizing proper techniques for enhanced lab testing safety in the diagnostic field. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys traveling, exploring esthetics, and creating lasting memories with her family. Join us on a journey of expertise, care, and passion with Ms. Scaggs.

Cynthia Leonard, MSN RN

CNA Supervisor

Meet Ms. Cynthia Leonard, MSN RN whose originally from Atlanta, but having spent the majority of her life in Milwaukee, she brings over 30 years of nursing experience to the table. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to educating clients, staff, and the community, driven by a passion for ensuring the best possible care for our clients.

 

Now, as the leader of the CNA training program at Life Got Better Staffing, she is committed to instilling high-quality standards that will set our CNAs apart in the workplace. Beyond her professional roles, she takes pride in being an active member of Evolve Church and Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. In 2023, she had the honor of being recognized as the Wisconsin Nurse of the Year.

Natasha Todd, RN

Natasha Todd, RN

CNA Instructor

Meet Ms. Natasha Todd RN, an accomplished RN and graduate of Marquette University (BSN, 2015), dedicated to making a positive impact in healthcare. Embracing the night shift, Natasha thrives as a night owl, and in her free time, she finds joy in gardening, reading, traveling, cooking, discovering new restaurants, and indulging in compelling documentaries and shows.

 

With over four years of experience on a Trauma and Acute Care Surgery floor at a level 1 trauma center, Natasha faced the challenges of caring for patients with complex injuries, drains, and wounds. Transitioning in 2019 to a role as a charge nurse in a Medical ICU, she became an integral part of the code team, responding to code blues in the hospital. Her commitment to teaching shines through, and she looks forward to sharing core skills with CBRF trained individuals at LGB Staffing. Natasha Todd, a healthcare professional with a passion for excellence and continuous learning.
