We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive instruction to students aspiring to become CNAs, ensuring they acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their careers.

Requirement

General Job Description: 

  • Develop and implement curriculum for CNA training programs in accordance with state regulations and guidelines. 
  • Conduct classroom lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions to educate students on essential nursing skills, patient care, infection control, and other relevant topics. 
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. 
  • Evaluate student performance through assessments, exams, and practical evaluations, offering constructive feedback for improvement. 
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and changes in healthcare regulations to ensure the curriculum remains current and relevant. 

Requirements: 

  • Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Previous experience as a CNA instructor or in a teaching capacity preferred. 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 
  • Familiarity with state regulations and requirements for CNA training programs in Wisconsin. 
  • Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards in nursing education.
